How Will works, step by step

Will is our AI recruiter. He publishes and manages your vacancies on as many job platforms as possible, holds a conversation with every applicant, checks them against your requirements and puts his findings, a summary and the CV in your dashboard. You decide who to invite.

Behind Will is a team of people at Will Werk who review his work (Human QA) and who you can simply call.

In three ways:

1. Will collects them himself. In your portal you enter the address of your website or careers page. Within minutes they are ready, and new vacancies on your site are picked up automatically afterwards.
2. You connect your own system. With an XML feed (Indeed XML, RSS or Atom; from Premium, read every hour) or via our API (Pro and Enterprise, see the API documentation).
3. You email them to Will. No website or system? An email is enough.

Every vacancy gets our own layout and passes eight quality checks before it goes live.

On willwerk.nl and through our feed on as many job boards, career sites and groups as possible, and that number keeps growing. There is nothing to choose: every vacancy always goes to all the channels we have. In your portal you see per vacancy whether it has been distributed, and every title links to the page as a candidate sees it.

As soon as someone applies, their conversation with Will starts right in the browser, or they receive a personal link by email within minutes. Will reads the CV and asks the questions you would ask: experience, qualifications and certificates, travel time, motivation, availability and salary expectations. He digs deeper where needed.

The conversation is held in the language of the vacancy; Will speaks ten. He holds an unlimited number of conversations at once, at night and at weekends too, and a candidate does it whenever it suits them.

Every application goes through three stages: submitted, invited by Will and conversation completed. Before the conversation you only see the name, the vacancy and the stage.

Once the conversation has taken place, the contact details, CV, summary and Will's findings are released: suitable, doubtful or no match, with an explanation why. You also receive an email, so you do not have to log in to know.

No. Will rejects no one and hires no one. He puts every candidate forward with his findings; you decide who to invite for an introduction and get in touch yourself. A candidate Will sees as no match stays visible to you too, with his explanation.

Yes. Human QA is included in every plan: a flesh-and-blood colleague reviews Will's assessments. Will does not wait for that, his findings appear in your dashboard immediately; the review comes afterwards. Think he got it wrong? Just email him: he learns from your feedback.

A fixed monthly amount, depending on how many vacancies you want open at once:

• Basic €25 a month, 1 vacancy
• Premium €100, up to 10 vacancies
• Plus €250, up to 100
• Pro €500, up to 1,000
• Enterprise €1,000, up to 10,000

Pay yearly and you get two months free. Need more? Then we build a custom plan. Every plan has the same Will, the same dashboard and the same Human QA.

No. No placement fee, no percentage of an annual salary, no hourly commission. All costs are in the subscription. Hire ten people from a single vacancy and it costs nothing extra.

Yes, a monthly plan can be cancelled monthly. When your plan ends your vacancies are paused; your data and candidates are kept. You get a reminder two weeks and one week before the end.

Within five minutes. Create an account, choose a plan, enter the address of your careers page, done. Will collects your vacancies, writes them in our layout and starts publishing. You do not need a credit card to start.

Yes. In your portal under Settings, switch on email contact; Will then answers emails from you and your contacts like a colleague. You can give him feedback on candidates, have a salary, work location or contract type changed, or send him a new vacancy. If it is off, Will does nothing with your email; that is your choice.

Yes. In your portal you add contacts with their own login. They see the same vacancies and candidates and receive the same emails. You manage company details, vacancies and contacts yourself. There is a light, a dark and a colour-blind-friendly theme.

A salary range is becoming a legal requirement, and candidates want to know. If it is missing, we publish a salary indication based on official statistics for that profession (with the source) and you get a notice in your portal to add it. You can also simply email the salary to Will.

Will never assesses on a CV alone; he assesses the conversation, a human reviews and you decide. Candidates know they are talking to an AI, give their own consent for later contact and can always unsubscribe. You only see data of people who applied to your vacancies. More in our privacy policy.

You pick a vacancy, fill in your name, email address and town and upload your CV. No cover letter needed. Right after that your conversation with Will starts, in your browser.

If you apply through another site, you receive an email from Will within minutes with a personal link to that conversation. Your details and CV are already attached to that link.

Will is an AI recruiter: a computer program that has a real conversation with you. He reads your CV, asks about your experience, certificates, travel time and what you are looking for, and summarises that for the employer. Behind Will is a team of people at Will Werk who review his work.

Usually five to ten minutes, whenever it suits you: during the day, in the evening or in the middle of the night. Nothing to install, it works on your phone and on your computer.

No. Your personal link stays valid for fourteen days. If you do the conversation later, everything is still ready for you.

Then you receive one email with a new link to do it again. After that we leave you alone.

In the language of the vacancy. Will speaks ten languages, including Dutch and English, so for jobs abroad you talk to him in the language you will be working in.

Only the employer of the vacancy you apply for, and only after you have done the conversation. Before that they only see your name and the vacancy. We never forward your CV to other companies without you saying yes to that yourself. More in our privacy policy.

No. Will gives the employer his findings: suitable, doubtful or no match, with an explanation. Every application goes through to the employer, even if Will has doubts. The employer decides who to invite, and a human at Will Werk reviews Will's assessments.

Will tells you at the end of the conversation how he sees it. After that it is up to the employer: they call or email you directly if they want to speak to you. We do not send you any further emails after the conversation.

Only if you tick that box yourself when you apply. He then emails you at most once a month and no more than six times about vacancies that suit you, and every email has an unsubscribe link. If you do not tick it, you will not hear from him again.

No. Everything is free for you, including the CV builder.
